Quick Application - This is a quick application that will allow us to get a picture of your current ability to qualify and your credit score- This form will only take a few minutes to fill out and you can fax it or mail it to us. We CAN NOT use the mini-app to pre-qualify you. It is much better to use our new 1003 below, which allows you to fill it in on screen, and then print your information. With complete information, we CAN pre-qualify you for a loan, subject to property appraisal.

Apply Online - This process will take 10-15 minutes. This does require sensitive information but is a secure server. If you would like to not put in this information just fill in everything else and call us with the additional information when you enroll

Apply Offline - If you don't want to put your information online you can download these forms and fax them to us at 352-563-2061. 

Application Download - NEW!  This is your 1003 Application. Download our new 1003 form now.  It actually allows you to fill in the form on your computer- then you print it out. Most forms only allow you to print the blank form. You can't save the filled out document, so print it first.

Application Download Part 2 - This is your authorization for us to submit your application to our lenders. some lenders will not give us an approval without this. Right click and then choose "Save target as" and put it in a folder on your computer.
