TEL 3.COM - Offering free phone cards, but those who participate
only get SPAM. We are awaiting Tel3s response to these allegations.
When the customer emailed, they received no response.
In the meantime, we can not suggest participating in this program.

BANNER EXCHANGE/AFFILIATE PROGRAMS
Valueclick - After more than a year of struggling banner exchange business
dealings, they now offer very poor click ratios, thousands of hits only equaling
a few bucks, hardly enough to buy lunch. They claimed to have upgraded
their service (I believe more than once) and each time they required changes
which if weren't made, did not reflect accurate account information.
Also called Click Agents?
AVOID THEM.

Commission Junction - Offering many companies and suckering many people. 
They Pay very poor click ratios. It is hardly worth going through their sign up process.
Only slightly better than ValueClick - the only people making money
with them - are Commission Junction themselves as far as we are concerned.
USE CAUTION WITH THEM.

BUY FROM THEM BUT - AVOID THIS PROGRAM.

BANNER EXCHANGE/AFFILIATE PROGRAMS
DirectNIC - Although they offer superior services, apparently their affiliate
program is having difficulties. We are investigating this issue at the moment.
PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

SATURATED OR BAD PAYOUT
One And Only - This used to be a great program. It appears to be over saturated
and the payout has since took a dive.
INVESTIGATE FURTHER BEFORE PROCEEDING

Exit Fuel - The "annoying" program. This one is still under review. But so far
WE ARE NOT IMPRESSED with the results. This program may irritate
your visitors. It launches several windows on closing of your site.

ClubComputer - Offers memberships, offering trial memberships, then
billing for the full membership. Currently underwent a class action lawsuit
the last we heard. We are unsure if they are still in business. Ever hear of Karma?
AVOID THEM.

CDNow - The absolute worse banner exchange program we have ever
been involved with.
BUY FROM THEM - AVOID THEIR AFFILIATE PROGRAM.

VICTORY
It doesn't pay to rip off consumers!
CyberRebate.COM - After hundreds of
complaints, they are out of business
with a chapter 11 filing.

EGGHEAD.COM - After several bad "bait and switch" auction deals, and
other unscrupulous dealings, they now face bankruptcy. Ever hear of Karma?
BUYER BEWARE. NOTE: Frys electronics will be running that company now.
