What The Heck Is The Internet?
By: Charles Randolf
This video is from CozMedia at cozmedia.com, it is a video geared toward those not yet experienced with the internet. If you have a relative or friend who hasn't yet got on the 'Net and has little computer experience this could be a good choice.
We found this video to be too primary for our readers, but for those with
no internet use, this should be a good fit.
They don't waste time trying to explain the complicated infrastructure
of the internet or give you a detailed history lesson - this is a down to business video to get the viewer on the 'Net as quickly as possible.
The acting is a little over the top, but the clear graphics and easy to
understand explanations make this video one of the better videos.
A mock web browser is shown on the screen, so the viewer doesn't need to be sitting at a computer to watch this tape. In fact the viewer doesn't need to be familiar with the browser at all, as the tape explains the function of the browser in easy to understand terms.
The Verdict?
Definitely a good choice for the web-clueless.
