We look at a powerful program called The Cleaner, which got even more dynamic, with the latest version 2.0.
It's the premiere and perhaps only comprehensive Trojan Horse anti-viral
product on the market.
The Test
We put it to the test, on our main windows desktop we launched a Trojan Horse called ICQTROGEN.EXE - and it quickly infected our ICQ program to allow NetBus type attacks to compromise our ICQ application.
We ran The Cleaner 2.0 and sat back to see if it really works...
Within a few minutes, it did indeed detect the trojan - our log file showed
a little bug icon, and a window came up when clicked upon, giving us
the ability to delete or rename the .EXE file.
We safely removed the file and re-installed ICQ, everything worked fine,
and we prevented further problems, thanks to The Cleaner.
In Conclusion:
The Cleaner detects and removes Trojans that many Anti-Virus programs can't or won't. Although it doesn't detect viruses, it is hands down the most useful program to complement any anti-viral product and is a must get!

The Jammer
Jammer saved WebNovice from a hack attack the other day, we were
at the office in the middle of updating WebNovice and getting ready for the Millennium edition, when all the sudden an alert noise started - at first we didn't know what it was, then we looked down to see the "blinking eye" the icon of The Jammer.
We opened the Jammer to see a warning message that our ports were being scanned. We knew right away this could be serious, so we immediately logged off of our dial-up connection. We prevented what could have been a serious incident.
Not only were we warned of this activity, but we were also able to email the server administrator from the origin of the attack and provide information that is crucial to finding the culprit and putting an end to this activity. All thanks to this nifty little program.
Make no mistake, this type of activity isn't a friendly "hello" from a curious hacker (or cracker rather) - This "cracking" comes from sub-hackers; which only intend to lock-up your PC or delete & destroy data on your computer.
A note to parents: Most of the people doing this range in ages from 11-18 years old, teach your kids it is wrong to download and use these malicious flooding/port sniffing and cracking programs - especially these virus creation labs. If you don't teach them this - they will not understand it is wrong to do it!
As the population of the 'Net continues to grow, more and more will your
PC be at risk.
I would have never worried about this sort of thing until it actually happened to us. This is a big wake-up call - people this is serious!

In Conclusion:
It is so easy to get dangerous hacking tools, which are so simple to
use you don't have to be a hacker to use, it is so easy- all you need is a search engine and a slight idea of what the programs are called. The question remains unanswered on how to prevent this from becoming a real problem... Don't believe how easy it can be? Go to: http://neworder.box.sk
