What is WebNovice WebLotto?

The WebLotto is technically a sweepstakes and NOT a traditional lottery.
Some of the proceeds will be donated to a predetermined non-profit 
organization of our choosing.

How are winners decided?

If all 7 numbers are picked then we have a winner, however if a duration
of time goes on without a winner, we will select a winner through our
drawing process, where a variety of prizes may be disbursed.

Is this Lotto a "non-profit" lottery?

Unlike a lottery which the revenue would go toward a state education
program, our lottery will donate monies at our discretion toward worthy
causes. (please do not email soliciting donations.)

What laws are your lottery under?

Our lottery is selected under the Australian lottery regulations and are
governed under the sovereign laws of Australia and their governing powers.

What if I win?

You would be responsible for any taxes, tariffs or duties due on the prize
which you have been selected to receive. This includes: Shipping or
delivery charges, postage, bank transfer fees or other necessary transactions
in order to deliver the prize(s) to you.

Is this lottery guaranteed?

The funds will be guaranteed through the FDIC and governing banking
institution or their insurers.  Funds will immediately be placed within an
escrow account for the prize winner, and when sufficient identification of
the winner has been established the funds will be immediately disbursed.
