THE WEBLOTTO SWEEPSTAKES

Prizes awarded based on revenue of web page, up to $1,000,000.
Odds of winning are directly correlated to the number of players and number combinations.

Avoid where prohibited. Sweepstakes are governed under the laws of Australia, where
our headquarters for this drawing is held. Check your local laws before playing.

ELIGIBILITY .
This Sweepstakes is open to all residents of the fifty (50) United States and Canada (except the Province of Quebec), France, Germany, and the United Kingdom who at the time of entry have reached the age of majority of the jurisdiction in which they reside. Employees and their immediate families (parents, husband, wife, brothers, sisters and children) of the Sponsor, its agents and the subsidiaries and affiliated businesses of each are not eligible to enter or win. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

ENTER ONLINE OR BY POSTAL MAIL.
Enter on-line or by mail beginning 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time [Central Florida] March 1, 2000 until a winner is selected or voided by law. Only one entry per Lotto Session. Each daily “Lotto Session” begins at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time [New York time] and ends at 6:00 p.m. the following week. In the event multiple entries per Game Session are submitted by a player in good faith, only the first received will be eligible; the additional entries will be voided and disregarded.
Incomplete or invalid entries will also be deleted and struck void.

ON-LINE METHOD: Access the WebLotto web site at http://webnovice.com/weblotto and follow the instructions to submit an Official Sweepstakes Entry Form by selecting seven (7) numbers between 1 and 52 (with no duplicates) and clicking on one of the surrounding advertising banners. All seven (7) numbers selected are “entered” into the daily drawing with the “click” on the advertising banner. Some internet service providers are free. Purchase of products featured on advertisers site, is not required
to win.

MAIL-IN METHOD: To enter by mail, print your (first, middle initial, last) name, date of birth, address (including zip code), phone number (including area code), e-mail address (if any) and seven (7) numbers between 1 and 50 (with no duplicates) on a 3” x 5” card and mail to:

Each mail-in entry must be hand printed and mailed separately and must have sufficient postage.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete entries are void. Entries which are not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified and the entrant ineligible for future participation.

PRIZES.

Grand Prize, up to 3 winners per game session.
Grand Prize winners will receive up to $1,000,000 (USD).
Or a comparable tangible prize (gold, silver, real-estate, etc.)
Prizes are not shared. The first to "hit" all numbers wins.
There can only be one prize winner for each prize.
First Prize.
First Prize winners will receive up to $10,000 (USD) each.
Or a comparable tangible prize (car, boat, etc.)
Second Prize.
Second Prize winners will receive a gift certificate worth $50 (USD) each, redeemable at CDNOW.com. (CD Now is not affiliated with our Lotto)
Third Prize.
Third Prize winners will receive a gift certificate worth $25 (USD) each, redeemable at CDNOW.com

SELECTION OF WINNERS.
Each work day (except legal holidays) during the Promotion Period seven (7) winning numbers between one (1) and fifty-two (52) will be selected by a random computer algorithm. This selection will be matched against all eligible on-line and mail entries received. Winning numbers will be selected
at random intervals throughout the week.

Grand Prize. The first entry that matches identically all seven (7) numbers, will win $1,000,000 (U.S.), pending verification of entrant's eligibility. Odds of winning: Grand Prize -- 1:100,224,550; First Prize -- 1:400,200; Second Prize -- 1:6,700; Third Prize 1:300. (Approximately.)

ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS.
Winning numbers will be posted on the WebLotto web site. If a potential winner cannot be reached after thirty (30) days from the first notification attempt, is found to be ineligible, declines to accept a prize, or in the event that a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited.
The prize winner is responsible for all taxes or tariffs on winnings; including shipping or handling.

Potential winners may be required to furnish picture proof of identification which may include a driver's license, passport, identification. Each potential winner of $100 or more will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability and publicity, including, but not limited to, the use of winner's name, hometown and photograph without additional compensation (where lawful) which must be signed, notarized and returned to Sponsor within fourteen (10) days of receipt, or prize will be forfeited and potential winner will be disqualified.

Winners List is available by sending a S.A.S.E. (Self Addressed Stamped Envelope) to
the address above.

No information will be supplied to any other party. Only information will be necessary to
deliver prizes.

We are not responsible for incorrect, missing or typographical errors or any problems
regarding the "players" ability to participate.
Prizes ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE, only the "player" may claim and utilize the awarded
prizes.
No substitutions. Not responsible for errors or omissions.
Winners, by acceptance of a prize, hold our company and affiliates harmless and indemnify us completely of any damages or consequences of the prize.
Each entrant agrees that: You voluntarily forfeit your right to dispute or take part in any
class action lawsuit. Players that do not agree, are automatically disqualified from winning
ANY prize.
All questions & concerns shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
We reserve the right to cancel the Sweepstakes at any time without any further warning.

OTHER CONDITIONS.
Prizes delivered by CDNOW, available only as long as CDNOW is still selling gift certificates;
otherwise an alternative vendor will be selected at our discretion.

Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account.
If an order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, winners pay for the balance with a credit card.
